Cancellations and Returns

We encourage you to make an educated purchase by first ordering samples. We want you to have a positive experience ordering your wedding invitations and paper products from Lolo Lincoln.

Printed Invitation Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our product 100%. We encourage you to order samples prior to placing your order so you know what to expect before ordering your wedding invitations and wedding day stationery. If you have placed and received a sample and order invitations with us we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the final product, just let us know and the invitations can be returned for a full refund. If you choose NOT to order samples, it is at your own risk and we cannot accept returns. We CANNOT offer refunds for approved proofs due to customer error, typos, omissions, and incorrect information. We have a comprehensive proofing process along with checklists to assist you with proofreading your order. If you would like to cancel your order, there is a $35 non-refundable proofing fee for all orders where proofs have been sent. Once you approve your order for production, there are no refunds for cancellations. We also cannot accept returns for color variations. Please see "a word about color" below.

You will have an opportunity to review digital proofs of your invitations. We will not put any order into production without your FINAL APPROVAL, no exceptions. Your printed invitations will look exactly like your approved proof (keeping in mind color differences - see a word about color below).

We Will Refund or Replace Your Order if...

  • your order was damaged during shipping
  • the items you received do not match the proofs you approved (please see our notes about color below)
  • you are missing items from your order

In the event of either of these circumstances, we require that you contact us within 2 business days of delivery. If goods have been damaged in transit, we may require a digital photo of the damaged package in order to file an insurance claim with our shipping provider. If we have made a mistake on our end, we will quickly reprint your order. It usually takes a few business days to reprint an order.

A Word About Color...

We CANNOT accept returns based on color. Our ink colors are designed to coordinate with our paper and envelope liner colors. Representations of color on computer monitors and home inkjet or laser printers are NOT an accurate representation of the color you will receive when we have your invitations professionally printed. Please refer to your sample package and ink color guides for color representation. Our press is calibrated several times a week in order to maintain consistent color output, however please understand that there may be a natural variation in color that is inherent to the printing process and these variations should be expected.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you decide to cancel your order AFTER digital proofs have created for you and emailed, we will issue a refund of your order minus the following proof preparation fees. This fee covers the time spent to typeset your order and create and email your proof documents and invoicing and accounting.

Once you have submitted your FINAL PROOF APPROVAL to us, there are no cancellations and refunds.
